Little Yellow Free Pantry

The Little Yellow Free Pantry (LYFP) is a small food pantry that is open to all, 24 hours a day. It is located on a busy corner in South Arlington, Virginia. People come to get supplies every day, all day and all night. We refill it multiple times per day. It is a source not only of nutrition, but of support and community.

How to Donate

Drop off items at the Big Yellow House. Put them in the tan and green plastic bin on the front porch facing the main street. Please do not put items directly into the pantry. This helps your donations reach more people and ensures variety for pantry guests.

What We Accept

We welcome donations of unopened, unexpired (not past the best buy date) shelf stable food. We also need unopened, full-sized toiletries (not hotel sized).

What We CANNOT Accept

Expired, opened, or non-shelf stable food, plastic silverware packets, plastic bags or tote bags, opened toiletries, or restaurant sized condiment packets.
